As a Trauma-Informed Whole Person Coach, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating the lasting impact of chronic stress and trauma. My approach is rooted in understanding how these experiences impact the whole person: mentally, physically, emotionally, and relationally. Together we explore what’s keeping you stuck, as you reconnect with all aspects of yourself, so you are able to make empowered choices about how to move forward.
In many spaces, including personal development, there’s often pressure to push through discomfort, stay productive, and keep going at any cost. But, pushing through doesn’t make stress go away. It can become chronic and impact us much like trauma does—it can change how we think, how we relate to others, and how we see ourselves. Over time, it can show up as lack of motivation, unfinished projects, difficulty making decisions, unhealthy habits, physical symptoms, a feeling of undefined life purpose, and more.

Though coaching is often associated with goals, accountability, and progress, that pressure to push through doesn't exist in our work together. Those are valuable—but I believe the most profound truth in coaching is this: you already have within you everything you need to chart your path, define your purpose, and build the life you want—even after chronic stress or trauma. My role is to be a resource, hold a powerfully safe space for exploration, reflect back your strengths, and remind you of that truth whenever you forget it.

Letting Go of ‘Should’ and Finding What’s True
Stepping into your whole self can feel scary—I know, because I’ve walked that path myself. I was the classic overachiever. I didn’t just join teams—I led them. I achieved every goal I set, no matter the cost to my physical, mental, or emotional well-being. I was praised for my resilience—while inside, I was quietly unraveling. My health was deteriorating, my passion was slipping away, and every victory felt hollow. I even poured myself into social justice work, hoping to find meaning—but still felt adrift.

What shifted wasn’t a grand epiphany from any 5-step process or secret to success, but a series of small, honest moments: slowing down, embracing who I really am at my core, listening to what I truly needed, giving myself space to feel deeply, and letting go of what I thought I should do and who I should be. Bit by bit, I redefined success on my own terms, learned to release long held shame, and discovered sustainable resilience rooted in compassion. That’s the journey I now walk alongside others: helping you reconnect with who you really are, and find your own clarity, courage, and strength.
